Oh My Garden is a residential and small-commercial garden care service operated by ATS Total Service Pty. Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you contact us through the quote form, by phone, by text or by email, we may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the suburb or address of the property, and what you tell us about the garden
• any photos of the garden you send us for quoting
• service history, scheduling details and invoicing records
• basic technical information when you visit this site (IP address, browser type, referring page)

We do not collect sensitive information such as health, racial, religious or political details. Payment is by bank transfer, so we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• preparing and sending your quote
• scheduling visits and letting you know when we're coming
• sending you the completion photos after a visit
• issuing tax invoices and processing payment
• meeting our record-keeping, insurance and legal obligations

We don't send marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with our accountants and tax agents, the IT and email providers that run this website and our mail, and where the law requires it. Where a job is arranged through a strata manager or real estate agent, we may provide that party with confirmation of the work and the completion report.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, and quote requests are delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare's email sending service.

Cookies and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags to understand how people find us and whether our advertising works. These are not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google explains its own handling of this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Photos of your garden

We take and receive photos for quoting and for our service records. If we ever want to use a photo of your property on this website, in advertising or on social media, we ask you first. Saying no changes nothing about the service, and you can ask us to remove a photo at any time.

Storage and security

We keep personal information in access-controlled systems, available only to the people who need it to do the work. Records tied to tax and insurance obligations are kept for the period the law requires (generally seven years) and then securely destroyed.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us below and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, please tell us first using the details above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can take the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
